<17>This journal paper presents a key component of the method developed for Surrey’s plagiarism detection system, which achieved 4th place for external detection in CLEF Lab 2011 - with a supporting publication - on Uncovering Plagiarism, Authorship, and Social Software Misuse (PAN) – for which application to enterprise information leakage enterprise is described in a Cloud book chapter on Clowns, Crowds and Clouds. The full method is outlined in a patent application (U.S. Patent filing US13/307,428, filed 30th November 2011), which has prevented publication of the method. A web-scale development is proceeding courtesy of Surrey’s EPSRC Knowledge Transfer Account (KTA).
