Additional information

This paper, arising from a sabbatical spent in Professor Marcu’s laboratory in University of California Davis, distinguishes different atherosclerotic plaque compositions. It involves data acquisition in vivo by rapid simultaneous recording of fluorescence wavelength and lifetime information. The technique has been granted a patent (US PCT/US2007/085530, 2008).
