Bayesian analysis of fluorescence lifetime imaging data
This publication forms one of the outcomes of the collaborative EPSRC/BBSRC grants EP/C546105/1 (PI: Professor M. Irving, King’s College, London) and EP/C546113/1 (PI: Prof. B Vojnovic, University of Oxford) ”Optical Proteomic Technology for In-Situ Analysis of Protein Interaction Networks”. It presents a radically novel approach to analyse noisy data sets in a probabilistic manner, enabling translational pre-clinical medical applications of purely optical approaches to determine protein-protein interactions. This work has led to several invited lectures (including CERN, Switzerland, February 2011, “Fast Photo Detection in Lifescience Microscopy Imaging”) and forms part of a Systems Biomedicine Graduate Programme at King's College London
