Additional information

<6>This work introduce the first topological measure, the weighted spectral distribution (WSD), which is also proved to be a mathematical metric. The WSD was designed to allow the study of the Internet topology and its structural evolution, but applies to any network. A MATLAB toolbox (http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/researc/srg/netos/masts/wsd.html) is publicly available. This work will have significant impact on the upcoming field of dynamic graphs and evolving networks, as it provides one of the very few convenient and insightful metrics to quantify structural changes in graphs.
