When the uncountable counts: An alternative to monitoring employee performance
Short-listed as a finalist (one of only 5 papers) by American Academy of Management for the Outstanding Practitioner-Oriented Publication in OB for 2010. This award is not restricted to a particular journal but considers all publications in the field including such prestigious publications as Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, California Management Review, etc. Prof. Amy Wrzesniewski, Yale University, Organizational Behavior Division Representative-at-Large at the Academy of Management (ID_in_audit_file@yale.edu) wrote that it was 'identified by the selection committee as an excellent candidate for the award'.
