Additional information

This paper has clarified what different certification might be expected to deliver in terms of GHG emissions which will aid agriculture in reducing its GHG emission levels. It has raised awareness of the non-comparability of such schemes, and has significantly pushed the understanding of their limitations both within the global growing community and wider food processing and retailing industries.
