This work revisits the technique of multiplex holography using modern methods, materials, and developing techniques. In particular, exploiting novel techniques developed at the Centre at OpTIC Glyndŵr, makes it possible to extend these to high-resolution multiplex holography for credit-card sized holographic images. A type of Optical Variable Device with movement and Bragg sensitivity, changing its colour depending on the angle of illumination and observation, particularly suitable for security documents, is produced.
