Additional information
The work derives from theoretical developments of a Team MAST 2nd Innovation Programme (FATS/RAOWPE/02). The outputs from the paper are currently being exploited within a Rolls-Royce plc funded project (contract number 4800000883, contact John Forsdike, Rolls-Royce plc) that aims to develop micromechanics models for prediction of material behaviour during joining and hot isostatic pressing (HIP) and within the HIPping activities of the ERDF funded project CASIM2.
