Additional information

This book project was developed jointly by Popat and Pitches. The main chapters have an innovative triangular structure, encompassing three registers of voice: a critical essay, an experiential statement and a synthesising account. This structure seeks to undermine any theory-practice binaries and to assist students with the transition from A level into degree-level studies. The structure concept was devised by Popat. Popat wrote and edited her Technology chapter in this format. Chapter editing was shared between the co-editors with Popat taking the main lead in the second half of the project. This amounted to a 70-30 split overall.
