This colleague has two items submitted with a request for double-weighting. If only one output is accepted for double-weighting, we request that Nominated Output 4 - “What happened later to the families of Pindaric patrons - and to epinician poetry?” be used as the reserve output for whichever output is not accepted for double-weighting.
This volume - the third and final part in a commentary on the whole of Thucydides - is over 1100 pages. It is the product of 8 years' research, combining research into historical, literary, and archaeological aspects of Thucydides. It includes extensive bibliographical references to other recent scholarship.
