Paper presents universal meshless approach to global volume-control methods. This paper and [Allen-2] led to direct industrial funding for integration of methods into simulation tools [see audit file company and contact details]. Work led to Rendall's invitation to Visiting Scientist position at DLR, the German Aerospace Centre [contact: Head of Department, Institute of Aerodynamics and Flow Technology] to integrate method into their Tau code. Paper is in top 1% of most-cited in journal since 2008 (Web of Science, 10/4/2013).
