<13> Belnap's proposal for a “useful four-valued logic” was fleshed out by Arieli and Avron to a proper multivalued logic. This paper extends this logic with modal operators and shows completeness with respect to four-valued Kripke structures. Several advanced techniques are employed to establish completeness of a Hilbert-style derivation system. The paper lays the foundation for dealing with conflicting and missing information in verification, a fact that was acknowledged explicitly by the LICS reviewers.
