Additional information

<20>Full paper on evaluation of mobie phone based symptom management (Impact factor of journal: 2.65). Work conducted in collaboration with Nora Kearney (http://nursingmidwifery.dundee.ac.uk/staff-member/professor-nora-kearney), a pioneer in the area of technology for assisting self management of chemotherapy symptoms. This was one of the very first evaluations of self management via a mobile device and this is now a hot topic in the NHS (http://www.health.org.uk/publications/evidence-helping-people-help-themselves/). It led to a successful franchise of technology for self management for the ASYMS research group (http://www.cancerresearchuk.org/cancer-help/trials/a-study-looking-using-mobile-phones-report-side-effects-chemotherapy-asyms-iii-study).
