This is a novel development of a small ring specimen for obtaining creep material properties, particularly suitable for highly creep resistant materials, e.g. superalloys. This ground-breaking research is internationally recognized. Laborelec (Belgium) is collaborating to develop this method for turbine disc materials (Dr Steve Nardone, steve.nardone@laborelec.com)
