Additional information
This paper is an output of the EPSRC TeRaFs project. It presents the development of one of the most comprehensive 4-D facial articulation databases. It demonstrates for the first time the feasibility of 3D dynamic data for quantitative facial dysfunction assessment of patients with stroke. The database has been used by ECSON partners (www.ecson.org) and the facial dysfunction assessment methodology is being explored for clinical applications with Royal Preston Hospital (Contact: Consultant Neurologist, Royal Preston Hospital)
