Additional information

Peng’s contributions include formulating the research framework, reporting the results, writing the paper and communicating with journal editors and reviewers. Peng and his co-authors formulated the idea to research pet owners. Based on their insights, Peng put these ideas into a feasible research framework. Additionally, Peng drafted the initial research hypotheses. Once the data was collected and analysed, he wrote and submitted the research paper to the Annals of Tourism Research and subsequently handled the review and revision process and communicated with the editors.
