This paper introduces a new technology concerned with long-term tracking. This research into reliable long-term tracking won the ICT Pioneer Prize and featured in The Engineer, Engadget, Time and New Scientist amongst other publications. It received attention from NASA, Google, Microsoft, Sony, Rambus, Johnson Space Center and Nokia and is being exploited by the Zoological Society of London for animal conservation in national parks in Kenya and India. An exclusive licence is being negotiated under NDA. TLDVision start-up has been created to commercialize this technology.
