Explikation von implizitem Wissen: Stand der Forschung zu Barrieren und Lösungsansätzen [Explication of tactic knowledge: State of the art regarding obstacles and solution approaches]

Knowledge management is established as essential to successful modern organizations. Knowledge is therefore collected and stored in extensive storage systems. But, this works for explicit knowledge only while a substantial part of knowledge is concealed in the minds of staff. That is why the explication of tacit knowledge becomes more and more important. Organisations experience significant barriers when trying to uncover tacit knowledge. This paper analyses structural barriers to explicating tacit knowledge and how to enable the barriers to be overcome. The paper provides new solutions to negotiate these barriers in order to utilise tacit knowledge to improve competitiveness.
