Additional information

<04> This paper represents another application of the A2A method. Here we look at a proposal in the recent literature for neighbor-specific routing policies for BGP (the protocol that glues together all of the Internet Service Providers in the Internet). That proposal was algorithmically very complex. Here we show how an application of the A2A method greatly simplifies analysis as well as resulting in an even more general and flexible mechanism.
