Additional information

This research paper explains a new probabilistic model for adhesive wear under pin on disc configuration. The aim of the paper is to predict in real time the progress of adhesive wear. This concept was developing with the aim to characterize the performance of ferrous debris density and particle counter sensors. The foundation of this enhanced probabilistic model was based on the work introduced by Prof Tadeusz Stolarski (Brunel University). This model was recognised by some Tribology groups within UK.
