An efficient algorithm for finding attractors of a Boolean network is developed. The technique requires less than a second to complete an analysis of the behaviour of a T-Cell receptor network using a standard desktop computer. Previously, the size of such networks was limited (~20), although this technique now enables many more (100's) interacting components to be analyzed. As a direct consequence of this paper, Kim was appointed a Visiting Professor at the Institute of Systems Sciences in Beijing in summer 2013 (Contact, dcheng@iss.ac.cn), funded by the host Institute.
