This work is a part of the development work that led to US Patent 11,086,956, “Method and system for automatic decoding of motor cortical activity,” which was licensed by Braingate, a subsequently publicly traded brain computer interface (BCI) company (now privately held) dedicated to clinical therapeutic use of BCI, particularly for patients suffering total loss of motor control.
