Additional information

The monograph, Distance and Engagement, was commissioned by Vogt Landscape Architects. It documents the highly original design work produced at Vogt between 2004 to 2008, the principles and tools that were used, and the process of developing a methodology for landscape design based on walking, thinking and making. Foxley, a landscape architect, was the sole author of the publication. Günther Vogt wrote the Foreward. In 2011, Distance and Engagement was awarded the DAM Architectural Book Award in the category Office Monograph.
