Additional information

This paper synthesises and analyses the qualitative data from two large mixed methods studies. Harris led the qualitative research component on one of these studies. Harris worked closely with the lead author, contributing key data and analysis from one study, contributing to the overall writing of the paper and final analysis. Harris was involved in writing and analysis at all stages from concept through to theory building. Their contribution is reflected by being allocated the position as second author.
