Additional information

<28> Burkholderia pseudomallei is a severe disease in southeast Asia. I collaborated with colleagues to model multiple data of this disease including sequencing data and microarray data and helped to analyse the results. I designed and implemented the methodology to analyse the bioinformatics data, providing results for the paper. I contributed to the writing of the paper. The paper has drawn significant attention since publication, and others have carried out work in different species to validate the model we introduced.
