Inquiring into Non-Accidental Child Deaths: Reviewing the Review Process

This article is based on a study conceptualised, developed and written by both authors. Devaney and Lazenbatt each contributed to the study protocol, the acquisition, analysis and interpretation of data. Lazenbatt was primarily responsible for managing the study, and Devaney took responsibility for the organising the first draft of the article. Specifically Devaney wrote the introduction, context and conclusion; Lazenbatt wrote the section on methodology and findings. Both authors revised the article critically for important intellectual content before approval of the version for publication.
