Additional information

<13> Develops rapid fluid computation for passage time metrics and shows how these can be used in the context of important industrial service level agreements (SLAs). Key result of the EPSRC project, Analysis of Massively Parallel Stochastic Systems (EP/G011737/1). Was a major contribution of PhD thesis of Hayden which was a finalist (top 3) in the 2012 INFORMS Doctoral prize in Telecommunications and a runner-up (top 3) in the 2012 CPHC/BCS Distinguished Dissertations competition. Passage-time analysis techniques also implemented in open-source GPA tool, http://code.google.com/p/gpanalyser/
