Additional information

<07> This work presents an efficient algorithm to solve performance models of web applications processing tens of transaction types. The work represents the height of a series of research papers on this topic, including conferences papers in ACM-SIGMETRICS 2006 and QEST 2009, and two journal papers in Elsevier Performance Evaluation 2010. CoMoM, recently implemented by master student Jack Bradshaw, is now distributed in Java Modelling Tools, a suite of tools for performance evaluation I coauthored, downloaded 5000+ times per annum, and featured in the book L. Grinshpan, "Solving Enterprise Applications Performance Puzzles:Queuing Models to the Rescue", Wiley/IEEE 2012.
