Additional information

<20>One of the first studies to use immersive VR to teach aspects of chemistry by people walking within and interacting with a simulated chemical process. It is part of a wider study, which looked at common misconceptions that arise during the teaching of chemistry and fitted to each visual learning technologies with level of immersion fitting to need. These technologies varied from simple interactive 2D graphics up to full VR immersion. The impact of this paper on the field is significant and evidenced by over 50 citations (Google Scholar).
