Additional information

The results of the paper are generic and can therefore be applied to a number of systems such as robotic, space and aerospace systems. In particular, the results of the paper were used in project "FLAVIIR" (BAE-Systems) in 2010 and extensively in project “Dynamic Controllers” funded by MoD and DGA 2009-2012, (ITP domain lead Graham Wallis, graham.wallis@mbda-systems.com). Thanks to the simple and transparent control structure provided by the paper, high performance autopilots were designed for the challenging 30 states, 300 Megabytes of aero-data, non-linear Meteor missile model developed by MBDA (Dave Vorley, dave.vorley@mbda-systems.com).
