Public and private intervention for next-generation access deployment – this paper, through a structured qualitative approach, is an inter-disciplinary assessment of the drivers underpinning the deployment of next-generation access networks. The comparison is unique in terms of country, and draws on a large amount of interview data. The paper cuts across domains – engineering, business and policy – in its analysis.
