This publication became available in February 2008. As confirmed by the letter of explanation from Freedom Press itself, there were delays with printing, and therefore the 2007 publishing date is misleading. Production took place at the very end of 2007, such that the Press was not able to meet its own stated publishing date. Because this book appeared in 2008 it was ineligible for inclusion in the previous RAE exercise.
