<11> This is the first paper to formalise resource-bounded strategic interaction in multi-agent systems. The paper is one of the key outputs of EPSRC project EP/E031226 on Verifying Requirements for Resource-Bounded Agents, and led to the further EPSRC project EP/K033905 on Verification of Resource-Bounded Multi-Agent Systems. IJCAI is the main international conference on artificial intelligence, ranked second in AI conferences and in the top 1% of all Computer Science conferences by Microsoft Academic, and A-ranked by the Australian Research Council (ERA 2010). The acceptance rate in 2009 was 25.7% by double-blind peer review.
