Additional information

<15> The research was part of the Spanish FUZZYLING research project (TIN2007-61079) that contributed to the development of library satisfaction studies using SECABA2, a web application that allows the capturing of library user opinion polls using the LibQUAL+TM model (http://sci2s.ugr.es/secabaweb/english/index.php?p=application). It has influenced other researchers in developing web-based systems for the structuring of group discussion (DOI: 10.1016/j.proeng.2011.08.233) and private banking multi-investment portfolio advisor (DOI: 10.1016/j.ins.2012.04.008).
