Flossie Paper Doll explores the possibilities of a long poem-sequence designed to be read / performed with music composed and performed with musical collaborator The Only Michael (Michael Harding). Set in an unnamed seaside town, the thirteen poems are read aloud over a background of treated ambient sounds, laptop electronics and recorded voices, together with some live instruments.
A recording on CD of a performance is provided, as well as the script.
