Additional information
<22> This work is a response to Haslum's (JAIR 2012) compilation of the Intent-Based Planning Problems of Riedl and Young (JAIR 2010) to Classical Planning Problems. In this paper we show that performance of state-of-the-art planners on such compiled planning problems is too slow for their use in real-time entertainment systems and introduce a multiagent Intent-Based Planning Approach which exhibits performance suitable for real-time applications such as Interactive Storytelling. This conference is highly selective with an average acceptance rate of 22% (source: ACM Digital Library).
