Additional information

This paper was one of 133 selected from 607 submissions for presentation at the European Conference on AI. It presents two new text reuse strategies evaluated on a novel application involving hotel review authoring. It achieves comparable review quality to actual human edited reviews, with significant efficiency gains. This work also makes a useful contribution to applied natural language generation research. The general concepts are now being exploited for customised question generation in a KTP project between RGU and Pexel Ltd in Glasgow. Wiratunga supervised both the NRP funded research student (Ibrahim Adeyanju) and the Spanish visiting associate (Juan Recio-Garcia).
