Following publication Durrell was invited to present this work at an expenses paid invited seminar at Los Alamos National Laboratory (contact Leonardo Civale, ID_in_audit_file@lanl.gov). This work was recognised as being a very significant contribution to the field of superconductivity by the IOP Superconductivity Group Prize committee (chair: Prof. Simon Bending, ID_in_audit_file@bath.ac.uk). The Prize is awarded to the scientist working in the UK who has made a significant contribution in the field of superconductivity in the last few years.
