Additional information

The novel process mapping and analysis techniques described in this paper have been used by Rolls-Royce, leading to a new TSB/RR research project (SILOET II, GBP375k), a research collaboration with BT to model their business processes (Tim Whitley, ID_in_audit_file@bt.com, PO 710621949, GBP300k) and funding from the EPSRC/Jaguar Land Rover for process mining (EP/K014188/1, GBP1.4M). The algorithm has also been incorporated into the Cambridge Advanced Modeller (CAM), http://www-edc.eng.cam.ac.uk/cam/, software tool for drafting and analysing product and process models. Over 1500 users have downloaded the code since 2011, and it is currently being commercialised with the Cambridge Enterprise Unit.
