Pentacene-based metal-insulator-semiconductor memory structures utilizing single walled carbon nanotubes as a nanofloating gate
This technology covers the emerging field of plastic electronics and was the first demonstration of large charge density, retention and memory windows using single walled carbon nanotubes into organic matrices. It was highlighted in the Virtual Journal of Nanoscale Science & Technology (http://www.vjnano.org, January 23, 2012) of the American Institute of Physics and the American Physical Society and led to many to peer-review invitations and an invitation by Woodhead Publishing to write a chapter in the Handbook of flexible organic electronics, Materials, manufacturing and applications. This also helped securing a future and emerging technology FP7 grant.
