This is a co-edited volume with Dan Ashton (Bath Spa University). All editorial duties (including writing the proposal for Palgrave, selecting contributors, editorial administration, editing chapters, copy editing and proofing, marketing and design decisions, etc.) have been undertaken equally. In addition Noonan and Ashton jointly wrote the Introduction and Afterword for the final collection. Noonan also researched and wrote the chapter entitled "Smashing Childlike Wonder? The Early Journey into Higher Education".
