English abstract
This article discusses whether an airport planning permission granted under the German Air Traffic Act might breach Fundamental Rights which are protected by the German Constitution. It argues that in specific cases there may be a breach of the right to free movement and choice of residence. It further develops conditions under which an airport planning permission may breach the right to bodily integrity.
