Additional information

This paper investigates performance of portfolios composed of British socially responsible investments (SRI) stocks. It is the first paper to use unique data from the ‘Global-100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World’ list (known also as the ‘Global-100’) published each year before the World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting in Davos. It has attracted the attention of practitioners (Corporate Knights in Toronto, Canada) and was also used as a pilot study for a research project that was subsequently awarded to the lead author as part of a prestigious fellowship in Germany in 2013 (Humboldt Fellowship for Experienced Researchers at the University of Muenster).
