Additional information

I was commissioned to edit the volume by MUP to mark the 100th publication in their flagship "Studies in Imperialism" Series. As editor, I brought together an international team of contributors from UK, US and Australia. As the purpose of the volume was to reflect, through the work of the Series, on the writing of imperial histories in the C21at, I worked closely with contributors to shape their contributions, provided detailed editorial feedback on chapter drafts, and circulated them among contributors. I co-authored a comparative essay for the volume with Dr James House (French Studies, Leeds). Our contributions were equal.
