Additional information

This volume derives from a project conceived jointly by Ó Dochartaigh and Schönfeld in 2008, which led to a conference at the IGRS in 2009 with a mixture of invited speakers and those who responded to an open call. The aim was to investigate diverse, international approaches to representing the "Good German" in modern culture, with a focus on the Nazi period. The volume submitted contains a selection of the papers presented which reflect the core project aim. Ó Dochartaigh authored a chapter, co-authored the introduction (50%) and co-edited the volume (50%).
