<28>The US and Australia tend to use Single Parameter Track and Trigger Systems rather than the aggregate systems used in the UK. These systems trigger at more extreme values of physiological derangement and have a correspondingly worse performance as described using the same VitalPAC data used in the AWTTS paper. Companion paper to Prytherch2 above, and an essential precursor to Prytherch1.
