Additional information

Together with Stephen Oakley and Paul Millett I co-edited Ratio et res ipsa. The editors shared the task of reviewing the contributions and ensuring standards. I took responsibility of producing the final copy submitted to the publisher, and liaising with the publisher during the copy-editing and production stages. I also compiled ch. 16, ‘The published writings of James Diggle’ (251–64). My own chapter (6, ‘Greek ἑταιρίστρια and τριβάς’, 81–94) is the outcome of original research.
