Castle Market represents the final chapter of 700 years of Sheffield’s market history linked to the castle. As the markets move to The Moor this project celebrates and records the history, culture, traders and shoppers of the Castle Market, Sheffield. It is supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund and ARC Heritage, social archaeologists.
