Additional information

Based on a general time theory developed at Greenwich, this paper proposes a formal characterization of time-series and sequences, which are neglected in most of existing formalisms. It addresses some critical issues in time-series and sequences modeling, and the proposed schema allows both points and interval, and supports rich temporal aspects including order, duration and gap in sequence expressing and matching.
