<21>This paper (the top journal in personalisation) presents a radically new adaptation approach for augmenting collective intelligence. A novel computational community model provides insight into the collective behaviour dynamics for team personalisation (see also DOI:10.1007/978-3-642-13470-8_22 & DOI:10.1109/WI-IAT.2009.21). Contributing a new angle into researching online team behaviour from log data for adaptation (co-chaired workshop at UMAP2011, DOI:10.1007/978-3-642-28509-7_1). Deployed at Coventry University’s Virtual Research Environment (VRE) to facilitate establishment of innovation teams (BRAIN-JISC-£200K). Follow-on in DICODE (EU-ICT-€3M) for modelling of collective sensemaking (DOI:10.1109/APSEC.2012.129) to enable human-machine synergy in scientific collaboration, market research, and medical diagnosis (CSCW2012 workshop; keynote at CONSEG2013 in India).
